Small group Personal training
For anyone looking to improve their appearance, health and fitness, this is personal training without the price tag. Training takes place in small single sex groups of up to 6 people. The small group size lets me give you all the coaching and attention you will need. 1hr sessions.
Delivered in exactly the same format as the Small Group Personal Training, with a maximum of 6 per training group, but the focus is specifically directed towards increasing athletic power and injury prevention in competitive sports.
For those who like to get their training in early, we offer 45min bootcamp training sessions at 6.45am Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Start any time!

Here are our prices. All prices are for a monthly membership; there is no long contract length, all members pay monthly and are free to cancel any time. All memberships include fully coached training sessions, nutrition plan, and health and fitness advice. You can read about the qualifications of the trainer, Iain, in the 'About me' section.
Personal training at other gyms can cost up to $60/hr, on top of your gym membership. 8 sessions = $420 (plus gym membership).

I have been involved in sports and fitness from a very young age, and I am passionate about the subject. I think the fitness industry likes to promote myths - 'trendy' ways of training that won't get you to your goals fast. For me, everyone deserves what is proven as the best training, not just what's in fashion.
If you're going to give up your time and effort to fitness training, you deserve to get the best.
