If you're serious about your sport and want to be bigger, faster, stronger and tougher then our athletic horsepower training sessions are the game-changer you're looking for. You'll train like the pros, and everyone will see the results.
My background is entirely from high level competitive sports so my focus is on producing results, not the methods used to achieve them. All you need is a resistance to overcome and the desire to do it, nothing more. I am a big believer in the basics and doing them properly. Squats, deadlifts, pressing, pulling. I also see great value in core strongman training movements of carrying and dragging so I often use sandbags, kegs, drag sleds, push sleds and giant tyres to put together the most effective and efficient training plans I can. These exercises develop whole body strength that carries over excellently into all power sports including hockey and football.
